We use your data to manage your membership application, to contact you and to administer the membership relationship. The legal basis is your consent and, where applicable, the performance of the membership relationship. We do not carry out automated decision-making with your data.

Retention

We keep your data for as long as the membership relationship exists and, afterwards, for the periods legally required. Once it is no longer necessary, it is securely deleted.

Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties except where legally required. Some technology providers (hosting, form management) may process data on our behalf as data processors, with the safeguards required by law.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by contacting the association through https://rollingstoned.es/ or at our registered address.
